ms paint or photoshop size it up to 50x50 pixels and go wild then save (i usualy save into GIF it seams to make it smaller) then upload it on ns!

yeah just get ur icon and use paint to get it down to 50x50 pixels. easy as that

If you get your image in ms paint click on image resize until it is about the size of ns icons. Then click on image atributes and type in 50 X 50 in the boxes.
