-1 Salmon Filet (or whole fish)
-1 tbs Fresh Rosemary
- Sprinkle Salt & Pepper
- 1 tbs Fresh Dill (look in herb section of some supermarkets)
- 2 whole juice lemons (the big ones!)
Make a pan shaped container out of aluminum foil. Make sure the corners are sealed well, and you want it about an inch deep. Heat up your grill (hooray with mesquite!) and place pan on once hot. Combine all other herbs and ingredients in a bowl and apply to both sides of Salmon. Cook salmon for 15 minutes, and have the pan covered with another sheet of foil (keeps in some heat). Flip it (somehow) and cook another 15 minutes, or till meat is completely light pink instead of red. Once done, spat that thing off the grill, place on a platter and immediatly consume. Best grill meal EVER.
