Replying to Really need help here

My computers is acting really weird. The volume is all fucked up. It wont play any music or sounds at all. It wont play from aim, windows media player, real player, any streaming video online, any previously downloaded songs or vodeos and it wont play from itunes. When i play a song in itunes, it stays at 0:00 and the little speaker thing in the very left column doesnt have the little half circles (showing sound), but the speaker doesnt have a line through it (showing that its muted). All the volumes are turned up. The main volume, the itunes volume, the windows media player volume, everything. the really weird part is the one program that plays music is this weird artificial marijuana growing program that i have for fun. So idk what the fucks up. Try to give me some suggestions or tell me what to do because i cant live another day with no music.
