to stay in shape you shoud lift, run, bike, hike, jump off houses in to trees while doing flips or spins that helps out your skills in the air the others just get you to be jacked. but being jacked gets in the way off grabs and stuff . i dont like it

Don't listen to the guy above me.

You're not going to get 'jacked' from riding a bike all summer. You're going to get lean and cut with lots of leg enhancement which will greatly help your skiing.

And don't go fucking jumping off of houses...just because you saw it in a ski movie doesn't make it a smart thing to do.

run and swim, 2 pretty easy things that should keep your endurance up and keep you in shape.

Lots of running and other sports. Mainly surfing and skating. Tramps are lots of fun, but I don't too much access to one.

Tramp, skate, water ramps they all work well and as for jmuping off houses into trees, skip the tree part.

just jump on a tramp, and jump on water ramps if u can, maybe running and cardiovascular shit if ur planning on hiking at high altitudes

-go to camp
-mountain bike
-play lots of hacky sack as someone mentioned
-smoke a lot of herb
-drink
-make backyard rails for next season
-get a fucking job and make money for skiing shit or for camp
-do whatever the hell you want

if you want to practise your skills in the air why not use a diving board at a pool.... probably safer than houses and trees.
