Great day for Canadian sports

In a single day Canadians conquered the world curling championship (second straight), clinched a first place finish at the Indy (three wins in three races this year for Tracy), and -most importantly- for the first time ever, won the Masters in Augusta. Oh yeah and the Oil beat the Stars.

So wait... let me get this straight...
Its a great day because Canada won in 3 sports which nobody cares about? Golf is watched by retired old folk, curling is purely cared about by the CANDADIANS, and Indy car is watched by like... 5 people.. 2 of them canadian, 1 frenchman, and 1 american.

I'll give you that curling is a Canadian sport, but that's exactly why it matters, because we care. More Americans watch Indy than Canadians, it's a pretty damn good sport. And from what I've seen about 80% or more people on this site like golf. It's not an old mans sport anymore.
The sports in which americans claim they are the best in the world are sports that only Americans play. Baseball, football and basketball... nobody else cares.

^ Ha, like that'll ever happen. After 6 years of having to deal with that system, I can tell you without reservations that it is fucked beyond belief and needs to be gutted, then rebuilt.
