i have the deadbolts on my invaders and really like them but ive never had looks before and i hear they are really good, plus they have this new JIB specific binding. Which do you think would be better on the new T-Halls.

they've had the jibs for a while. i haven't tried the 4frnts but the jibs are awesome. better than salomons and rossis in my opinion

personally i'd just get the looks to mix it up a bit from what you've already tried, they're both sweet bindings. and ^ how is look better than rossi? that doesn't make any sense. But yea unless you're reallin in love with your deadbolts, which you're probably not if you're makin this thread, give the looks a try.

Hahahaahahaha.
Seriously people who aren't detcting the sarcasm or just uneducated on the binding...
Rossi/Look bindings are built on the same technology, and models of Rossi are equivalent and comparable to Look's, and vice versa, since they're the same thing....aka Power120/p12 combo.

bump for this, i have the same question, how are the deadbolts for durability??? My p10s died after two years of abuse this spring so i'm lookin at px12 or 14, or the deadbolt 614s...

tmorry knows whats up. the scratch bindings this year also have the 3 mm jib pad under the heel and toe piece... can't remember where i read that, but if you look on untracked.on you can see it in the picture. it's white, not green like the looks.
i'm not sure about this, but i think rossi and dynastar/look are owned by the same mother company. if you look into binding/ski warrenties for either company, you will see that the warrenty is extended if you use a binding/ski together regardless of company logo on the binding. scratch binding on TMs, longer warrenty. look binding on scratches, longer warrenty. it's funny how people say look is better...

shock pads are pretty much bogus in my opinion. purely a sales tool.

stop speading this bull shit billy, just because one pro doesn't like them, doesn't mean they're bad, they are a solid binding.

why not stick with your 4frnts? Good binding... no problems that I've heard of.
While many people haven't... I did have a problem with the new PX pre-releasing. So I wouldn't ride them again. And yes they were set right.. and at a 10.5 din.

I will say I think the JIB thing is kind of a waste. It's just that small pad and a little different paintjob in reality. Some other things too but really nothing major at all.
