Are these viruses?

I looked all over the interweb and couldnt find anything about these programs. 

fu.exe
4003.exe
1004.exe

Theyre all in sub-folders of the application data folder.  I ran avg and norton, but neither came back with anything.  What do they do?

They'll be part of some program you have. Try renaming them and see if anything doesn't work if you really care.

I believe that the fu.exe has something to do with windows rootkits.

type those execution files into goggle, ull find info about it, i do that when i have so many execution files running to see which ones i can shut down
