I saw them at Sasquatch this year, they were amazing. I didn't even go to see them, but their show was amazing. They had a group of aliens and a group of santas onstage dancing, and a crazy video show.

I have to agree, they are awesome live.

i wanted to go to that so bad... the lips and sonic youth... it seemed incredible. unfortunately i was out of town. did your head explode from all the musical incredibility????

yeah the k fest was for sure epic....wolfmother was fanominal...the secret machines where amzing ,....death cab was good...and the flaming lips were absolutly epic and they had the santas and alians on stage again....it was one amazing day!!!

at lollapalooza a couple of weekends ago i was walking over to the stage to watch the show and meet a guy named Sven who was wearing a sandwhich board that said "forgot my drugs and NEED to trip for the flaming lips", interesting guy. Hell of a good show.
