Yo I need Help

Alright well, I just bought a 15x10 tramp to practice spins on right. but i can only spin 7s but Im up like 6 feet. I already crpossed the springs but does anyone have any other ideas for me to try or tricks ans shia

i can spin a 7 on the ground, the trick is with your hands

it looks mad gay but you can do retarted fast spins on the tramp. if you spin to your right, take your left hand and throw it across your chest, take your right hand and throw it behind your back so it's kinda like you're making an S shape.

u just need to bounce as hard as u can and use ur arms and commit i will admit i can onlly do pencil 9s
