I am stuck between two longboards right now. I would like either the arbor bug or the arbor hybrid. Which one would be better to just cruise around on flat land and once in a while hit up a small hill. I dont want to do any tricks, I'm more into just cruisin around.
i am looking at the pocket rocket board by arbor. there really isn't a good or bad in boards, there just different. i like how the smaller boards are more better for stashing in packs and better for riding threw semi crowded sidewalks and streets. but if you want to go fast pretty much any arbor will do it because there isn't much flex, and most are pretty long and narrow. i think they are all 7 ply hardrock maple. and are either a reverse rocker or concave shape. i like the concave a little better just because it feels more like a regular skate and it kind of feels like it holds you in a little more than a rev.rocker. well i said a lot of shit and i hope it helps.
go to www.thelongboardstore.com and get a loaded or a landyachtz. free shipping, no tax, and great prices. arbor and sector 9 are ridiculously overrated, get something better.
i just got the arbor fish and love it....i was debating between the hybrid and the fish but got the fish because i didnt care about the kicktail at all and wanted a board that just road great..i have noneed to do any tricks on it.
