Resort near minturn

This may be old news for some, but the proposed ski area near minturn was recently approved. I fifured because there is an actual story to back my statement I would make a thread. I am stoked but I want more details. http://www.snowboard-mag.com/node/13118

Don't plan on skiing there yourself, it will be PRIVATE. Think Yellowstone Club with lame terrain.
