^ yeah def what he said...like on NS there are only a few html tags that you can use...but with the new system they are already up there for you in the form of Letters B I U and there are others like <p>p<p> and things that you can use in pics...but like marquee you cant use and stuff...although way back i believe you could

Yeah, you could use marquee a few years ago until some genius decided to create a member name with a marquee IN it. The whole member list would start moving around, it was actually a brilliant joke. And a useful one, because they were removed; it was fucking annoying reading the marquee comments on the pictures.

More on the point, you can't use HTML tags for colors, and it's a good thing because it'd be damn annoying.
