Digital Camcorders Suggestions

I know people have made threads on this before, but I just cant find anything that really seems good for me that was named in the threads, so I was hoping someone could help me...

My price limit is around $400-$450

Looking for a digital camcorder that I can put on a tripod, something that has relatively good graphics/colors for my price range, and possibly able to put a handle on top?(is that possible? I've heard there are handles with built in microphones?)


Any Suggestions would be awesome...thanks

Sony TRV900. and yes, you can put a handle on it, but I don't know about a built in mic though. Since you have to make your own handle, you could super-glue an external mic to it, if thats what you want.

the panasonic 3ccd ones look prety nice, i found one for 450, are they pretty good? (colors, picture?)
