Good deal for p10s?

i was looking on sportsliquidator.com and i came across some p10 lifters for $139 they are 2005, the blue ones. im little only 100 lbs and my din is a 5 so i dont need a heavy duty binding. i was wondeirng if this was a good deal.

also when bindings come with lifters do you have to use the lifters or can the tech just not put them on? cuz i really dont want lifters

lifters have to be used unless you can find shorter screws for the look bindings, if you just take the lifters off youll drill through the skis. and yah thats not a bad deal, check ebay for nonlifter ones if you really dont want lifters

it's a decent deal, you could find better though. check ebay and around diff sites. you don't need the lifter and i would reccomend mounting without it.

he's wrong, buy whatever's cheaper lifter or not. your shop will have shorter screws.

obviously not as a tech or you wouldn't have told her lifters are nescesary when in reality they're pretty much obsolete.

no one needs lifters, except if you buy your bindings with lifters you cant just remove the plates and use the same screws, youll have 8 screws through the bottom of each ski

anyways...to stop the bitching, just go to your shop with whatever binding you buy and theyll do whatever you want with them, lifters or not.

well, any normal shop that doesn't have 11 year old techs shouldn't give you any problems punky :)

even if they dont have the shorter screws they could cut down the longer ones they came with if the techs are feeling enthusiastic.
