Did a 180 off a small drop on the weekend didnt land and did a bit of a back slap and hit my head. Took off my helmet to have a look to see if any damage and theres 2 cracks, 1 about 2 inches long and 1 crack bout 1 inch long.....Just wondering if this has happened to any body else

they aren't multi impact helmets and are designed to crack.

yeah you want em to crack so it absorbs the impact better otherwise you can get a more serious head injury...get a new helmet btw

If you want a solid multi impact helm go with giro. Their helms can take a serious beating and then some. At PC this past winter, came up short on a 270 gap over their stair set down to the flat part. Owned myself the giro held strong.

It is still structurally sound, and so is my head, I think.

But yeh they aren't the most stylie helms, but if u want solid then get a giro.

^ like tehy said, thats how its designed. you need to buy a new helmet now and if you dont wanna have the same problem again get a multi-impact helmet. ive got a giro too and it works very well, takes a beatin for sure.
