Well i got back from Whistler a few weeks ago from camp and at one of the shops, TMC, they had next years Scott P3 as a demo. I didn't demo them but a couple of the staff told me they were an amazing ski and said they were better than the STL which i currently own and love. I've been considering buying this ski next season but i'd like to hear more about. So for those who've ridden it or know more about it, please tell me.
they havent changed for the last 3 years, have nothing to do with 1080s, and are so sick, i tried a pair at wsi, sickest ski. Im getting them when they come out for sure
i took em through the trees in a few inches of fresh, they seem to float and ride nicely because of the big shovel and flex. They seem to be good for everything, butter aswell as fujatives, if not better cause they dont totally give out in the tips, but they hold an edge well and seem quite stable. im hyped on them
i already wrote alot of shit on them above, but, the flex:
tails medium stiff, butterable, ollieable ,
the noses flex alot right near your toes which is sick for buttering and amazing for nollies, then the nose evens out about 6 inches away from your toes and is firmer, so they give some resistance for nollies(unlike invaders which just seem to fold and fold until you're on your face, then they don't pop you up)
