SUMMER SKIING IN THE WEST

where are some places you can ski in western mountains. What is open in the summer. Like not including summercamps just like open terrain like is mt hood or any of those places open to the public in the summer.

Palmer Glacier in oregon in open until early july
I think. Mt. Hood is open until early June or lay May. It really depend on the conditions...cuz if it gets warmer, snows going to melt faster. I dunno about other places though.

well, mt. hood, like you said, also whistler. hood is open all summer, at timberline. i really recommend saving the money to go to a camp though

well the palmer is on hood....

mt hood is open to the public all summer its only closed for the first 2 weeks of september

this summer is gonna go off so hard cause they actually have more snow this year than last year.. and last summer was sick. it sounds weird with the shitty snow year we have had but the last snow of the 02 spring was in early march and this year its been snowing all spring and they have a deeper base right now than they had last year at this time

Yea, but it's open longer than meadows. Palmer's at timberline. (All on mt hood)

Horseman Glacier is open in whistler for public skiing. The summer pass is like 279 i think, where as hoods is somewhere around 1000.

Ya, timberline passes for the summer are $888 all ages. Sooooo expensive.

yah and it's gay too cuz when we were there we only rode the lift like...twice...so you might as well just drive your car (yah...we hiked..) up the little road to the park and poach cuz they dont give a shit so long as you're cool about it.

No, I'd def say wakeboarding, and skiing maybe five times, but maybe only cuz I live like 25 min away from hood....who knows.

there's that place in wyoming, where they have the empire freeride, not sure if you can just go ski there and not be in the camp tho
