Ebay help!

hey, my brother was using my ebay account and bought something that he later found out, he didnt want to buy. he hasnt paid yet, and wants to make it so he never bought it. how can i do this, and how could i do it without getting a negative feedback for my account?

he messaged him and said that his paypal account is broken (its not really) and he'd like it if he voided the transaction. the guy replied by saying he takes credit cards and checks or something. whats next?

its an amp wiring kit for 75 bucks. i guess i'll tell him to buy it then resell it, but if you have any other ideas, let me know
