Help me with resort employment

Im going to work in resort this winter and I am tryin to decide where. I live in denver and thought about aspen.
what are some sweet places that:
has lots of terrain
good parks
backcountry
cool town
good benefits
I will work anywhere really, whistler to taos (gotta stay rockies or west coast fa sho. help me out!

your not going to get "good benifits" at a ski resort unless you work there a while or REAL job there.

by benefits I just mean free season pass, discounted food, maybe cheap employee housing if possible

well you can pretty much get that anywhere, Di you just graduate high school or something? Figure out where you want to ski, got to the website apply online, call back and youll get a job with a pass, and most likely be able to get employee housing.

okay, let me refine my questions.
All im looking for is suggestions for cities/resorts that would be a fun place to work. For instance:
Aspen has a lot of acreage and a cool town/nightlife.
Whistler also has a ton of acreage and cool town/nightlife but is kinda removed from the rest of the world (aside from Vancouver)
Tahoe has a lot of terrain too but has either hot or cold snow conditions
so keep this comparisons going

Well aspen, and colorado in gereral are REALLY expensive places to get by, Tahoe is good becuase you got so many places to live (reno) nearby and tons of mountains to ski, Utah is good if your around SLC lots of mountains and living options,

i personally think that Crested Butte would be a good place to work. Killer Skiing, an underrated park, awesome town.
Also, CB is an up and coming resort, because after nearly going bankrupt, the new owners (same ones as Okemo) have made major improvements without destroying the existing vibe, and completely turned around the resort.

this is hard to do, but can be done:
work part time at alta, you get a free pass, but have to live down in the valley. since you want this so called "night life", you'll want to live down in the valley not up on the mountain.you'll have to get a second job (part time) down in the valley to support yourself. get a 200 dollar upgrade season pass to snowbird so that you can ride a decent park. this is well worth it, its cheap, slc has fairly good night life (but ur a ski bum, so dont count on that shit), and you have a dual pass (alta/snowbird), considered by many as the best riding in n. america. fuck aspen, its expensive and unless ur a brad pitt look a like a ski bum like you ain't gonna get shit for ass.

ull need a car if ur living in slc which an be a pretty big expense gas insurance and watever else...other ski towns got pretty good bus systems that dont cost alot if anything

if at all possible, try to get a regular place. employee housing sucks unless you like being babysat and having things you do outside of work possibly jeopardize your job.

Big Sky could be fun. Huge mountain, not too many people.
Or Snow Basin, Utah.
Nothing's going to beat Aspen, though. Four mountains, great nightlife and expensive as hell!

Interior BC is the best place on earth to ski cheaply.. best pow in the world bar none, sick parks at some places too. Fernie would be my suggestion, followed closely by the Rockies. I'm taking off to Lake Louise this winter.. great pow and a super flowy park
