    its the marquee HTML tag...yet NS doesnt allow us to use them for some rae4son...so what ever,...

    i remember seeing them all the time. cant you turn the editor bar off or was the old system with [IMG] not html.

    I used to see them all the time in the picture sections because they seemed to be the most eye catching spot for them. Once people figured out how to do them it got kinda annoying, it doesn't make any sense to me anyways. Stick with bold, italics and underlines

    back in the day when ns allowed html was so fucking dope.
    cept threw all the reseting ns and changing formats and what not alot of it has been fucked.

    ive seen where one persons post will make everyone elses comments like it.
