Why cant i post pictures?

I can't post pictures in the media section - everytime i try an error message comes up. The pic is JPEG and 20k...whats going on harvey? Is anyone else having this problem

cuz the file need to be in jpeg format, click on the picture and put save as, then when you're there go down to format and click on jpeg, and you're good to go

if its 20k it might still be over the limit. Make it 19k and try again.
