You are all probably wondering what Bons has been up to the last couple months. his little posts he has made over the last 2 months has kept me wondering i know that. anyway i went into a little investigation of my own and i finally caught up with him. turns out ever since ski season has ended he has been hitting the gym non stop. Bons has lost 45 pounds dropping from 177 pounds to 132 pounds. GO BONS!

Isn't 132 pounds horribly underweight?

I'm 5'11 140lbs and like 20lbs under what I'm supposed to be for my height, and you arent that much shorter.

thats awsome bons. i did that last summer. rowed like 5 days a week and biked an hour a day, lost about 30 pounds over the summer.
