AIM problem-need help now!

aim isn't working...for some reason it'll get to the "Verifying screename and password" screen, but then after that it won't connect. its definitely a problem only with aim because everything else is working fine. and just to piss me off, the aim website isn't working so i can't reinstall it.

anyone know hoe to help?

What you can tyry to do is...go to http://www.oldversion.com and then go to the aim thing and re-install an older version if you dont care not to have triton (which i think is gay). Yeah so go there and go to the AIM section and go to the bottom one...like AIM 5.9....somthing or other...the bottom one...and download that...but first delelte the one you have and save the buddy list just in case and then restart then do it...

thanks for the site etc. i downloaded it and installed, but for some reason it still won't load. ugh this is pissing me off. probably a virus

yea try re-setting your internet cookies to allow aim. All you have to do is do a master re-set of the internet. Always seem to work for my cousin
