anyone out there notice that some songs that you try to download automatically take you to artistdirect.com when you click on them... and none of the downloads on the page work... if anyone knows whats with that or if it happens to them post back
thats because you not accualy downloading the song but a media link... most of that shit is viruses i wouldnt recommend doing that 2 often... and dont waste money on pro.. its the same thing
Limewire is just sketchy over all... if you use it, dont get any programs like games or other apps, probably 90% of them have spyware or adaware stuff.
^ no because you just have to pay to be able to gain access to using it, so someone did that and then just hosted all the program and its files on limewire.
so now you can download it scott free.
dont download the songs that are under two thousand kb in size. when they are like 134.6 kb in size its obviously not something you want to get. and quit being a dumbass logan. when i return i shall teach you the ways.
I'm sorry I'm really an idiot when it comes to this type of stuff... but what kind of file is Limewire Pro going to be in? I searched it under all files and i saw a lot of preview files and i don't know which one to use
Ive gotten it to redirest me to Napster.com. But who was it a while ago when there was another thread like this who said was it a Metallica song? That made me laugh so hard
Okay im going to go step by step into this with you:
Click the programs tab
In name type in limewrire pro
MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A DAMN GOOD VIRUS PROTECTER!Because a lot of programs are wrapped in trojans. I have Symantic Corporate edition and it has saved me so many times
Look intill you see Limewire PRO! Not Limewire because that is what you already have. Most likely its going to be in a Zip file.
Download it, and wait.
Now when its done double click it it will open the zip. Unzip it and make sure your anti virus is on.
If its good then your anti virus wont say anything and you are free to install it as you would with any program.
its not in a zip file. and take caution with zip files theres often hidden trojans in them. the one i got was the actual setup executable. it was titled LimeWirePro6.0.exe or something like that. it was sized at ~18 000kb. get that one if you can find it.
dmg what the hell is that? sounds like a file extension to me. dont take anything that isnt zip or exe. seriously take an .exe if you can and MAKE SURE its ~18 000kb.
