Isnt there a site that you can find out who a phone belongs too?

i keep getting called from some girl i dont know, and i want to find out where she is calling from cause all she every says is you know where am I, isnt there a site where i can type in the # and find out who it is?

there probably is but if u get a small phone book, not the yellow pages but this one with like one of those spiraled spines that's local, u can go to the back and it has phone numbers in order of area code and stuff

^good find. It cost like 15 bucks to find out the information. But with cell phones you can't see much.
