does anyone know about/hear about/believe the reports that saddam may have been in a bunker that they bombed and is dead? this is pretty big

well, the reports (which you can hardly trust) seem a little more optimistic that usual, so maybe its true.

i just read that report and it said that the US bombed a residdential area on reports that Iraqi officials 'may' have been there. thats not fucking good enough, innocent civilians were definitely there and probably died as well. you can't say 'oops, we missed' with that one

hes still kickin im pretty sure. hes got that crazy tunnel network, and there was 45 mins lag time from when the intel was received and the bombs hit the target. he's still chillin 100 feet under the city

A book was published by someone close to saddam who said he died in 1988. I dont believe it but it's possible.

Of course he's still alive, he was one step ahead of Bush senior the whole time 12 years ago. What makes you think you'll catch him this time? He's a lot smarter than you give him credit for. The CIA might be good but they ain't that good. Just like you killed Osama too, oh wait, you couldn't find him either.

And when they say 'may', 'thought to be', 'possibly', 'believed to be', they really have no fucking clue.
