DL Incognito's New Album

Anyone else got it? I just picked it up and haven't had a chance to listen to it. I'm surprised nobody's made this thread yet... Yeah, DL is epic.

na that's his 2nd album, Life's a Collection of Experiences. I've heard a few tracks off the new album and they sound dope--he's got mad flow on "Live in my element." let me know if you feel the new album.

it's pretty good. not as good as his first album, but better than his second album, which to me was awful. It's basically what you expect to hear from DL

You're absolutely right.

It can't hold a candle to Sample and a Drum Machine, but it blows Life's a Collection out of the water. I blame the failing of his second album due to the changes in his life. With his mother dying of cancer, he lost some spark and aggressiveness, and swapped it for a new attitude on life.

Organic Music for a Digital world comes out and has some more flare to it, but still lacks a bit. There are good tracks, but nothing like his first album. He always speaks of the end. I think he may have had enough of trying to make it with his music.

wow i thought life is a collection was way better than sample + drum beat(or whatever it was)

I listened to it. It's not as good as Sample. There are some good songs but nothing that really stands out and makes you want to listen to it a billion times. He kept on going on about how he has no money (or maybe he does) and it started to piss me off. My favourite track is the 2nd half of Farewell.
