ok welll i am in a huge slump with my hitting(baseball) most of u probobly dont care but i need help on building up my confidence.....my swing is fine its just whenever i egt up now i am all nervous and anxious and i just have no confidence so any tips on how to build up my confidence?

visualize yourself accomplishing whatever it is you're trying to do. it helps, trust me.

BUNT! thats what i did when i use to play baseball and i was afraid of the ball, so i just bunted all the time and it ended up working. but thats when i was like 11.

I remeber in 5th grade maybe even 4th grade when I was playin baseball, I got hit by a ball once, and I was scared of it. I got over it real quick tho. But it hurt and I cried boo hoo hoo
I'd say just keep your eye on the ball, kid.

my freshmen year i was like that...and i realized it was cuz i was scared of the ball... then this year i got beamed at one of my first atbats and realized it dosn't hurt that much so that boosted my confidence... im not saying go out and get beamed but...
