not sure of the model name, but one of the sony mavicas that shoots to mini-cd-r/w 3.1 megapixel a little under a grand amybe

I've recently been looking at the Olympus C-5050. 5mp, full manual mode. f1.8 glass. $800 usd.



And if you have some real cash, the EOS-1D, or if you win the lottery, get the EOS 1Ds *salivates*

very nice, the nikon's look good. Ive given it a lot of thought, decided to wait a bit until the higher resolution models drop in price, which they will. I think I will also try to find a camera with better optics and interchangible lenses.
