Ski bindings

good if you're really light, if you ride with a din over 7 I wouldn't get them, techincally I think you could do 8 but then if you want to go up you have nowhere to go... so yea if I were you if you ride even at 7 or up I'd spring for some din 12 bindings so you have some wiggle room.

i weight 140 and i live in ohio....i ski all park and i go as big as ohio will let me....(not to big)

They're more than fine. 12 DIN bindings for range are only necessary for people who weigh 180+, or people who want to spend a bunch more money for a slight boost in the longevity of their binders. Not worth it for most people imo.

Its the trend right now to have very high din bindings, but don't listen to that...they would be perfect for you. I have p10s, and I am about 170 lbs, and they have been great for me, I've been using them for 3 years.

just make sure either way you go  that te din setting you use is just about in the middle of the binding's range
