shin pain

damn it this pain hurts soo much when i ski what do you guys do you get rid of it....im thinking i might cut off my strap on my boot caseu thats where it seems to be comming from

it's called shin bang...and 2 cure it...u don;t ski 4 a long time...to help it pput your boots really tight.
it only happens when your boots r 2 loose, so don;t cut your strap off at all!!! just noooooo

but if it is 2 tight, u can hurt your calves....so find a happy median and get 1080 boots!

the strap is the most important part, for shin problems at least. it's supposed to be AS TIGHT as you can get it, then the two buckles that are on your shin- leave just tight enough that they're comfortable, WAY looser (is that a word?) than you have them right now if you're getting calf pain. trust me, this solved ALL my shin problems.

whatever- but oh yeah: make sure the strap is going across the LINER (like the tongue of it) and not the plastic part of the boot- you kinda gotta pull it up a bit. There's also special straps called 'booster straps' or something that are really helpful.

1080 boots have saved me this year so far but i didn't do them up right one day and my shins were screaming.. whatever boots you own take the time to do the up right and make sure the boot totally wraps your leg and there's none or very little ares to move

yea im puting the strap inside my boot and it helps...but silverline that fag thought i was way wrong as you can see in his post that he made because he sucks and needs attention
