by today's standards, you'll actually sink with anything under 100mm and they don't even let you on the lift on heavy powder days if you have the wrong skis.
todays standards don't matter; if you could ski powder 20 years ago with 60-65mm skis, an 80 waist is gona do fine. Powder hasn't changed much.
I've skied fujis and they're a bit soft for me (215 lbs at the time) and they carved fine; with 70 lbs on you, you won't be flexin them to noodles unless you're skiing super super hard.
uhh depends what size u get, but yes youre light they should be able to handle a groomer just fine, i dont klnow if they would be the best for ice or really heavy crud or anything, but most skis will handle a groomer just fine, if a ski cant even ski a groomer than what can it ski
