My summer setup. Need help.

So I have pretty much an unlimited budge, and unlimited resources (as in I have access to any tools). Me and a few friends cleared out a flat peice of land in the woods behind my house and we are looking to build a setup we can use all year around. What I want to build is a 5 foot by 10 foot drop in (size can vary depending on the type of replies I get). I haven't even started to think about the rail yet. I drew a basic side view of what I want:

Now, I'm worried about two things:
1) Will I get enough speed? The downslope is only 3ft. And there is 3 ft of flat after it
2) Is 3ft of flat enough? Should it be more?

Sorry for the double post but I made an error in my original. The down slope is 4ft high and 3ft long

i am gonna say that the slope is about 3 ft too short. that transition is gonna kill you and its gonna mad wired getting onto the rail

id say make the in run a bit longer, with a ramp of that size and algle yours gona need some more transition time. You might also consider having a nit less of a angle on the ramp unless your planning to round it out

the inramp has to be longer. the top part (where you would click in) should be wider 2 feet isnt all that much. 5 feet should be fine i think its pretty much pointless to make the hole thing 1 foot off the ground. maybe just lay some ply wood under the carpet.

Amendments:
1)In-ramp is curver
2)Length of in-ramp went from 3ft to 6ft
3)Length of flat increase half a foot

I have it one foot off the ground becuase I want the rail to be 3 feet high, and I won't get enough pop if it was groundlevel.
