Replying to Google ads = $

so i was watching tv yesterday and the news reporters were talking about how in michigan (where i live) google is going to make this new building. it is going to specialize in this new advertisement promotiong or something. wat is suppose to happen is that if you have my space and you are talking about computres or cars or w/e, you can make it highlighted so when you click the highlighted word "computer or "cars" or "w/e" it will bring you to googles search engine page. i guess that you get like a dollar for doing it. i was wondering if any one else has seen or heard about this
