well...i was jsut at mt hood and i had such bad shin bang that i wasnt gunna be able to ski the next day uyntil i had the chance to use salomon spk boots and ive heard how they are good for things like that...so i used them the next day and i was able to ski normally and i couldnt feel my shin bang......i wouldnt usually support salomon but seriously they are soo sick u shoudld try to find a deal on a pair
what kinda of question is that, cant you make a desion for your self. You should chose the boots that fit you the bst, are the right stiffness for how agressive you are and how you like to ride. Fuck why is it that you guys have to ask ns to do anything or make any kind of desion.
Get a fucken backbone and chose for your self
yo public_enemy14 ^^ that's a good comment. I spend so much time telling people when I do boot fitting that it's all about the correct fit for you. First of all the width of the boot is key; if you've got a massively wide foot then you're simply not going to fit say Krypton Pros. Yeah, you can blow or grind the boots, but odds on they'll either hurt or won't be properly responsive. Once you find the brand that fits right, say Salomon, or Lange or whatever, then pick the flex that suits your skiing... jibbing? go a bit softer etc etc
and grab some custom footbeds; if you pronate especially they work to bring your ankle back to neutral so you get more response from your boots, and get less tired legs
so go try a whole bunch on a hopefully you'll get something you're stoked on
candides. they have like a satin lining. your foot slides in and you almost enjoy having your feet in them. plus they have a rubber heel cup, so if you land flat it absorbs the shock and it doesn;t hurt the heel as much. and it is not just a gimmik. it actually works. they run a little big tho, and they only come in half sizes...24.5,25.5,26.5.......so get the size down from what you have now. they are so sick
