Replying to For a freshman going to college...

i posted a similar thread to this in the regional forum, but i decided to post here for more general questions with a broader pool of knowledge...

so, for all of you who have gone to college

1) what do you wish you had done differently when you moved into your dormroom freshman year?

2) did you have a job, do you recommend getting a job 1st sem of freshman year?

any other random tips are much appreciated... thanks
