i have my bindings in the exact center of my skis. i like it that way. keep in mind if you do mount them that way you loose alot of "carving" ability. your turns become more of a skid

Mount them 4cm foreward, that will give you all mountain and park ability.

Why would you want to mess with your ski's carving ability? Skidding turns isn't skiing. There's nothing wrong with a forward mount, but as soon as you loose the ski's sidecut, your just on a 2x4. Center mount is cool for park only, a slight forward mount makes more sense for all mtn.

mount them +7.5-+10 by the graph on the side of the ski this would put you between core center (+7.5) and true center (+12).

oh I forgot to add that if you go past + 10 you will be off the binding matt so your binding might rip out.

ive got mine at true center and its awsome, i dont think it messes them up at all, you could go like 1 or 2 back from true and it wont really make a difference.
