what kinda music does everyone listen to while skiin, and what type of portable audio device do you use? I listen to mostly rap with an mp3 player..

Depends on my mood and what Im doing. I know when im out training or carving its normally house techno really up beat shit like that... In the park anything goes.... All depends on what my mood is but I found that punk is the shit! Lotts of energy in that!! Its all about the Diskman... I'm too cheap to go out and buy a mini-disc or MP3...... anyone wanna donate one to a worthy shi chick??????? ;)

Yeh I like to listing to like up beat shit. like fast punk and stuff shit that gets you pumped!. I listing to it on a minidisc player. you can get 320mins on one minidisc so yeh can't beat that! I picked one up at future shop (best buy in the US) for $200 canadain.

I've never tried listening to music. IN my park they play music, but last Sat. all they played was Rusted Root and Bare Naked Ladies OVER AND OVER. I couldn't even take 1 song let alone like 6 hours of the same crap.

i use an mp3 player to ski with on the hill--when im going down the hill i listen to something nice and mellow, like ryan adams, oasis, counting crows to keep me calm and not get pissed off at people who cut me off...before im jumping, or while im waiting, ill listen to something really grungy and distorted weezer, nirvana, living end, or something kinda fast and happy so ill be in a really good mood when i jump--ska usually workks well for that.

The place i go just has huge speakers all over the place, and they play whatever the staff(heheh)brings in. I usually put in 70's porn music(bow chika chika wow :)) and punk.

I always ski with music. Today I had methods of mayham playin as well as Alkaline trio and some Prodigy. Music is really good for me when I jump/ski. Really anything that pumps me up like punk or beat shit.
