ok, im 'bout 5'1" 90 lbs. I know i'm small. i expect to grow a lot this year though. i like tall skis too, like about as tall as me. i dont have a lot to spend.

You're small, you'd have no problem skiing everywhere on grom skis. They're cheap but if you want some skis like the big kids possibly fujatives. They're wideish cheap and soft. You're light so they'll seem pretty stiff anyway. a 159 would fit you pretty well.
