Question about the new thumbnails...

Why do some show up as no picture? Like these for example - https://www.newschoolers.com/ns3/web/content/pictures.php?cat=80&
Is it something to do with the image size or is it just dependant on the computer you use?

Oh, maybe its because they are pictures hosted on another site...
That sucks, is there any way to fix this?

We did this on purpos because of legal issues.
We aren't 100% sure it's legal for us to download, edit and post parts of someboey else's copyrighted work.
Is anybody here taking their BAR exam? ;)

I'm going to look into this actually, I'll post what I find on this issue, cause it would be great to have those No Image things gone.

And I think you can:

This case has been brought up a few times before, and the final courts ruling is that its under the 'fair use' policy on the internet. As long as we only resize and not distinctly edit for other purposes, we like google images, flickr, myspace and facbook can use thumbnailed images hosted by other websites, such as imageshack.us. I vote we do it and get rid of those ugly "No Image" tags.
