ROSSIGNOL AXIAL 120 SPS POWER BINDINGS.... good or bad?

I can get a pair of these for like 140 CAD shipped brand new...whats the deal with these... like what makes them different from the axial and other bindings... they got these weird dealies where you dont have to use tools and stuff... also i dont want to mount them with the riser plates.... so is this a good deal... look at them...

not really that great of a deal, id counter offer at 120. 140 isnt a rip off completly but they are old bindings and they arnt the full race stock so id try to get him to lower it

im just trying to find some new bindings that are cheap yet compatible with some old look/rossi wide breaks that i just bought... would these be okay to put on my moships?

They're demo bindingss. They're super heavy and cannot be mounted without the plates.
