My friends and i have tried to start one since grade school, but never have succeeded. Any tips or good stories?

you need lots of people in on the initial plan and you have to scatter yourselfs all over the caffetera. Also make sure to throw things that make a big mess to start. I sugest pudding, or eggs

yyyeaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhh......

at my school all the grade 9s act like they are gods and they will fuck you up in a second...we have one big caffateria and we just throw shit at them like full vegtable salads that have like 100 peices in them and then they flip out and thow shit back...it is a pretty proven method im not gonna lie.
