He's got it pegged, cause you're actually tearing your tissue, so it has to have time to rebuild itself, the more times you tear it and let it rebuild the more you're going to notice it getting bigger.
Then whats for power? I have that Chuck Norris thing in my room. What is it. Oh yeah the total gym thing. I want to use it but I cant do anything with it but with my arms

weighted situps (hold a barbell weight on your chest and do them) and for lower abs theres a few i have but i cant explain them i need to show them. but basically lie down on a workout bench, grab the end where your head is with both hands, keep your legs straight and lift them up and do 15 reps 3 sets with that
Uh, yeah they will. Technically not sit-ups, but crunches, double-crunches, and 6 inches will. I don't know what you're smoking but your abs are a muscle jsut like your bicep or hamstring. You need to work them in order to have a six pack. Double-crunches a few times a day works for me. It's fast easy and not too tiring. Plus the results of great abs is something to look forward to.
but if you have a pot belly they wont show. they will be stronger, but you wont see the chisled abs the chicks dig so much. ive got gnar abs but a layer of fat hides them.
also i have an excercise called killer 7s. basically what you do is 70 crunches, take a break, then 70 more crunches, break, 70 more crunches. i do 4 sets of these (so 280 crunches). but 20 of each 70 do with your feet off the ground. its waay harder
I had a six pack years before I ever started working out. Why? Because I have a low body fat percentage.
Abs are a muscle, but nothing like biceps or hamstrings. They WILL grow, but the gains wont be noticeable. Crunches will only make them stronger, not bigger.
Low body fat percentage is key in defined abs.
By the way I smoke weed on occasion if that means anything to you.
tone is something you get by having very low body fat. so if you're fit, and do lots of cardio, you'll be nicely defined. if you want to put on muscle, you gotta pack about 50% muscle, 50% fat - realistically, you can't just put on pure muscle - meaning you're not going to look very defined unless, like i said, you burn the fat.
ill explain: when you work out you tear your mussles (cant spell) thats why they hurt afterwards, in between the tears new mussle is formed to fill in the gaps thus creating more mussle, takes a couple days to do this so if you just keep tearing your mussle and not let in grow in your not going anywhere. muslce before: == muscle after: = = muscle a few days later: ===
in bodybuilding you need to rest every other day or at least od a different work out like legs ore something. then if u use whey protein it shold help ur results
