I think your best bet would be to check ski shops. Most ski shops will get them in early in the season, and they will usually sell them to ski teams early b4 they start racing so go and snag a pair, but warn you, they are spendy.

check ebay too, they may have some old beat up ones but they are bombproof bindings and the old ones will still treat you nice.

thats only if you actualy crank them up to above 12. My fronts on mine are at 8 and backs are at 11(because i have flexy skis and they put alot of pressure on the heel when i land swtich). John Duhamel, the dumbass, rides his p18s at 16, pray for him haha.
