yo, it depends on what kind of jump you're talking about.... there's like the regular jump, then there's track/field style where you land on your back... you might want to specify that. ya
but ur picture is not ur actual high jump, thats tucking ur legs up to jump over stuff, so i guess i can jump about a meter that way, because i can jump over a chair
Dunno my vertical, but I high jumped in high school. Got 5'10" in a meet, and 6'1" in practice....at the time, I was able to jump my own height or greater.
Jumping over things is A LOT different than having good vertical jump. Whoever says they can jump 6' most likely can't get their head 6' higher in the air. High jumpers can jump over things 7' or however high it is because they keep their center of gravity low by arcing their body over what they're jumping over. To anyone who has a 6' vertical . . . play volleyball, you'd instantly be placed on the olympic team.
