secondly, i saw the last subway thread, and im wondering what your favoirte subway sub is, mine is foot BLT on plain white toasted...and yours?

Roast Chicken on Italian herb and cheese, toasted, grated cheese, heavy on the lettus. Lots of BBQ sauce with some Southwest sauce. Salt and Pepper.

Footlong steak on herb and cheese, grated cheese, oregano on the cheese then toasted, after toasting: lettuce, onion, peppers and 2 tomatoes, then salt and pepper, chipotle southwest and a dash of mustard.

my orginal is the Italian BMT. But i'm on a cold cut diet, haha. Yea Jerrad!

seriosuly though, if you want to eat good food and loose weight while working out.....subway is the shit. i'm starting to get skinny and loose my winter chub.

I either get the meatball marinera with onions on roasted Garlic or Italian herbs and cheese

but most the time I get Italian BMT on roasted garlic or italian herbs and cheese with onions/mustard/olives/jalopinos/little bit of lettuce and pepper
