so how are u supposed to say alta? ive heard it pronounced like ALL-TA and also shorter like AL-TA. i say it like AL-TA.
its always kinda confused me

yea, they skied like some easy blacks and blues and some moguls. and i saw no dropping of 80 foot cliffs

"we were blessed with 3 feet of freshies". They have really bad measurement systems, that was like a foot, and they did no 80 foot cliffs, no wonder no one believes them.

Alta - 2 syllables Al•ta, the first part is like the Al in Altitude or the name Allen. The second part is tuh with the a-sound a soft "uh" i guess that's the best descriptor. Long story short, if you're saying "All-ta" you're saying it all wrong.

alta is a sick mtn and i love it too, its just the documentary was terrible and the skiers were terribl in it too

i know, horrible at rails, i see no 80ft drops. He did a twister,a horrble mute, and he didnt even get a 180 around.

yea i agree if u actully get to go there it is amazing and really fun cuz you have DEVILS CASTLE and the supreme Area which has some sick skiing
