i recently developed a twitch, most likely from playing PS2 and watching TV for 2 days straight, with very little sleep. It is annoying as shit and i was wondering if anyone else has gotten rid of (or still has a) twitch and will give me some tips. PLEASE HELP!!

I guess it's called Spasmodic Dysphonia (Involuntary squinting of the eyes.) It fuckin sucks be SO glad you dont have it. its fucking ruining me.
