the fact that his resting heart rate is 32-34, his top heart rate in the last tour was 180 something, and his average was around 150 i believe, his VO2max 83.8, and his lactic levels is the lowest of any rider at 6 ?L/Kg, more then half of most riders (average is 12-20)
oh and he is one of the most tested athletes of ALL time....
