So, me and my friends are thinking about all pitching in and buying a good camera. We think we've narrowed it down to a couple choices. The ones we're thinking about the Sony VX2100, the Canon GL1, If you can think of any other cameras that would be good, and in the price range of like
if you shoot fisheyes, get the VX. If you shoot long lens, get the GL2. If you want something inbetween and cheaper, get the DVC. badda bing badda boom.
well we all ski together so we'd just be filming together. And then once we all graduate highschool one of my friends is gunna pay us back what we payed and then he'll have the camera. And thanks for the help.
ya i was looking at that but it looks huge, i mean it might work, and it's cheaper, but it might just be kind of a hassel. How is the quality on that though?
^no, if anything its more expensive. You have no idea how badly I wish I saved up and got that instead of a GL2. but I guess Im glad I got a GL2 though cause if I jumped strait to a DVX then I would've been lost.
and as for quality.....go watch 28 Days later, which was shot on a Canon XL1. The Panasonic is better quality than that. Thats how dreamy it is.
